Back from my psychologist. We had a long discussion about me having one foot in the closet about my autism with people in my life. I try not to purposefully hide it, but I definitely talk around it sometimes, especially with neurotypicals. (B/c I don't think half of them know what the word means, and it wouldn't be effective communication.) But I think in doing that, I have not been as clear as I should have been, with them or myself. So consider this a re-coming out post
